Part 1, of my Post-Graduate Urban Design Portfolio covers Transit Oriented Development in the Queen City of Charlotte, North Carolina. Sections include Master Plans for Scaleybark Station and New Bern Station on Charlotte's LYNX Light Rail (LRT) as well as a comprehensive design plan and development code for New Bern Station. This section also examines the first TOD's and planned neighborhoods in Charlotte, NC; streetcar suburbs of Dilworth and Myers Park.
