Velociraptor (Cretaceous Landscape)
A recently completed, “commissioned” drawing for someone close to me. Originally I signed and dated the Drawing 11/28/2018, erased and changed to 11/30 and finally completed 1/1/2019 - happy New Years! I’ve been drawing dinosaurs ever since I was 3 years old. I practiced every day in class as a means of self distraction and a sanctuary from boredom. This Velociraptor Drawing reminded me of that, as the only times I managed to achieve substantial progress were days which slipped away as the hours flew by. I didn’t realize how much time and effort the colored pencils would add to the drawing, which is 18”x24”. Hope you like!
